New uaee.org site.
Site Goals
The previous uaee.org site lacked a great deal of design and was built using an out-of-date 1990's website builder making site changes quite challenging. The goals for the new website were simple.
- Easy to update
- Modern Design
- Move existing content to new site
After meeting with some of the group a Photoshop mock-up was presented and sent through a few revisions. The design was solid and everyone was excited to see the site developed in a new custom WordPress theme. The backend of the WordPress site would be as simple as possible without the extensive use of plugins that are quite typical of quick off-the-shelf templates.
Conclusion
A well-developed website that makes updating easy and looks good.
